Welcome to The Fresh Table (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thefreshtable.me (the “Site”), and the purchase of our catering products and services (“Services”). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1.  General Use

  • This Site is owned and operated by The Fresh Table, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

  • You must be 18 years or older to make purchases or use our catering services.

  • You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Orders may be placed online or through our customer service team.

  • Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

  • Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, Mada, Apple Pay, or other methods supported by our payment gateway.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date.

  • Orders canceled after this period may incur a cancellation fee or may not be refundable, depending on preparation progress.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., road closures, weather, or supply issues), we may cancel or reschedule an order and issue a refund if appropriate.

 Note: Refund and cancellation policies comply with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126 of 2019) and Consumer Protection Regulations.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is available within designated areas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, location, and order size.

  • Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery at the agreed time.

  • Responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requests

  • We take hygiene and food safety seriously. All food is prepared in compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) standards.

  • Our salads and dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, soy).

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.

  • While we strive to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

6. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Menu items and ingredients may vary depending on seasonal availability.

  • In case of pricing errors on the Site, we reserve the right to correct them before fulfilling your order.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of The Fresh Table and protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

  • We do not store full credit card details, and all payment data is securely processed by our authorized payment gateway.

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required to process your order or by law.
